Account and Data Deletion Request

For مياه الجنيدي (Al Junaidi Water) App Users

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the مياه الجنيدي application, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You have two options to request the deletion of your account:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the مياه الجنيدي app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings or Profile
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your deletion request
  5. You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete

Option 2: Email Request

If you prefer to request deletion via email or cannot access the app:

  1. Send an email to: khalfallahsoufyane@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - مياه الجنيدي"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered phone number or email address
    • Your full name (as registered in the app)
    • Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all associated data
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and delivery addresses
  • Account Credentials: Login information and authentication tokens
  • Order History: Past orders and transaction details
  • Preferences: App settings, saved preferences, and notification settings
  • Location Data: Any stored location information
  • Payment Information: Saved payment methods and billing information
  • Coupon Data: Unused coupons and promotional codes associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained

For legal, security, and business purposes, we may retain certain information:

  • Transaction Records: Anonymized transaction data for accounting and tax compliance purposes (retained for up to 7 years as required by law)
  • Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
  • Security Logs: Anonymized security and fraud prevention logs (retained for up to 1 year)

Data Retention Period

Immediate Deletion: Most of your personal data will be deleted immediately upon processing your request.

30-Day Grace Period: Your account will be deactivated immediately, but we maintain a 30-day grace period during which you can contact us to restore your account if you change your mind.

Legal Retention: As mentioned above, certain anonymized data may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and compliance purposes.

Important Notes

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible after the 30-day grace period
  • You will lose access to any unused coupons or promotional credits
  • Any pending orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion
  • If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately
